Competitive Athlete/Team ProgramTrista's background as a high performance athlete is second to none. She set 6 Canadian records in the pole vault and was national champion on 4 occasions. The peak of her career was winning the bronze medal and setting a new Canadian record at the 1998 Commonwealth Games. Trista knows high performance.
The trisFIT methods have had proven success with athletes from the sports of hockey, soccer, swmming, track and field, squash and golf. These sports and others benefit hugely from core strength development and stability workouts. Picture a soccer or hockey player with increased core strength and their ability to move laterally. If they can move with improved balance and precision, they will be better able to respond to their competition. It has been well documented that performance goes up and injuries go down with improvements in overall fitness. What is overall fitness? Many people assume you simply go to the gym and lift weights. Unfortunately, that is just part of the equation. Full potential comes with full preparation. The trisFIT program integrates strength, speed, stamina, flexibility and skill to achieve higher levels of performance. Many athletes have benefitted from the trisFIT programs including junior hockey players, professional hockey players, NCAA soccer players and more. |
